Paying games in masses play a vital role on this significant subject. A group of people play games in a team effort and thus shred all its ill thoughts and indiscipline against each other and thus create thoughts of well being of each other. Thus to play games is a social cause and when countries and continents play together the entire world bring a social cause and commitment for the betterment of humanity. All world cups, international games, Olympic Games and Commonwealth games bring people of all ages, creed, religion, places, genre and gender bring closer. There is no ‘I’ in T-E-A-M” and thus group minded team building tasks make them passionate towards a common goal and that is win come what may come in the way. A group can build effective solutions to the problems facing their communities, and therefore need to trust each other and communicate.
Cooperative games offer a friendly way and brisk way to couple passionate task-oriented goals in the team with drive to achieve win in the game. Thus, fun and to play games not only propel social change but also bring sense of equality and discipline amongst the team members. Also, games get people to think together, as a team, and everyone in the group has his own inputs and also shares ideas irrespective or cast and creed. When one has input he or she has ownership, and when sooner this ratio increase there is more success. Games become more relevant in the context of technique called framing wherein all barriers of caste and creed are shred off and focus is built upon to make the group or team more effective and powerful to achieve success towards common goal of win.
